Meet Featured ACM Distinguished Speaker Madhusudan Singh
Madhusudan Singh is the Director of the ReBlockchain Group and a faculty member at ECIS, Woosong University, South Korea. He also serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Coikosity Pvt Ltd. His fields of interest are Cyber-Physical Systems, Blockchain Technologies, and Industry 4.0. He is a Springer Nature series Editor of Blockchain Technologies and also the author of several books, patents, and articles. He has worked as a Research Professor at YICT, Yonsei University and as a senior engineer in the R&D Division of Mobile Display at Samsung Display.

ACM Student Research Competition
The ACM Student Research Competition is an internationally recognized venue enabling undergraduate and graduate students to experience the research world, share research results and exchange ideas, rub shoulders with academic and industry luminaries, understand the practical applications of their research and gain recognition.

Meet Marlene Mhangami
Marlene Mhangami is a software engineer and developer advocate at Voltron Data, based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Voltron Data is a company that is working to develop open-source standards for data. Earlier in her career, Mhangami served as the Director and Vice Chair of the Python Software Foundation (PSF). Mhangami was recently named Vice Chair of the ACM Practitioner Board, which is responsible for developing programs that support the professional needs of ACM members. In her interview, Mhangami discusses the Python programming language, developing open-source standards, and more.

Meet Dong Yu
Dong Yu is a Distinguished Scientist and Vice General Manager at Tencent AI Lab. He has published more than 300 papers on topics including automatic speech recognition, speech processing, and natural language processing. Yu has received many Best Paper Awards, including the prestigious IEEE Signal Processing Society Best Paper Award in 2013, 2016, 2020, and 2022. He was recently named an ACM Fellow for contributions in speech processing and deep learning applications. In his interview, he discusses voice processing advances, natural language understanding, and more.

Vicki Hanson on How Women Are Reshaping Computing
In her blog post for Computer Weekly's WITsend blog, ACM President Vicki Hanson discusses ACM's all-female leadership team, how diversity is helping to redefine what a computing professional is, and how the digital world is expanding career opportunities for non-technical people. "While most will not become expert, basic skills will be required for them to be effective in their careers and to deal with the myriad of online offerings for communication, entertainment, retail, and government services," she says.

2021-2022 Ambassadors for ACM Grand Prize Recipients
ACM congratulates Kartik Vishwasrao Binagekar, Padre Conceição College of Engineering, India, who won the 2021-2022 Ambassadors for ACM Grand Prize, a Microsoft Surface Go 2. Winning the 2nd Grand Prize (Apple AirPods Pro), was Ayush Kumar, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, India.
